Performance Expectations (Hospitality | FOH)
Chick-fil-A Team Members must have a passion for service and a positive attitude.
Chick-fil-A Team Members are expected to communicate clearly with guests, fellow Team Members, and Leaders. Team Members are responsible for courteously and warmly greeting guests, taking guest orders and explaining or suggesting menu items.
Chick-fil-A Team Members are often required to stand for periods of up to four hours in length and maneuver in tight spaces. Team Members must have the ability to bend (or lean) to retrieve objects and climb steps, ladders and other vertical surfaces. Team Members may need to be able to twist at the waist, grasp, and control items with their fingers or hands.
Chick-fil-A Team Members are expected to stock products and supplies in the Restaurant. Team Members are expected to neatly and accurately stock products at the counter, in display refrigerators and condiment counter stations.
Chick-fil-A Team Members are expected follow a professional and consistent image that upholds the standards of Chick-fil-A.
