2022-2026 Strategic Plan
"The Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with the Chamber board members, city of Vestavia Hills leadership, and community partners have collaborated together to develope a Strategic Plan to guide us for the next 3 – 5 years. To strenghten our goals to promote, advocate, support, and celebrate the City of Vestavia Hills and its businesses. The Chamber will endeavor to continue the execution of the Strategic Plan and the responsibility of serving as the marketing lead for the City's economic development plan and coordinator of brand development for the City. The fresh collaboration between the City and the Chamber has allowed us to make some enhancements and re-prioritize goals.
