Popcorn, pizza, sugary samples of a local ice cream were being served to the community as they walked through dozens of booths. Pops in the Park presented by Shades Mountain Baptist had everyone tapping their toes and humming their favorite tunes. Children released all that sugary energy in the bounce houses and the swimming pool. It truly was a great event. As the evening began to wind down and we began to prepare to show the ever so popular Disney-animated film, Frozen we were hit with a brief windstorm that caused u..

This year will feature the largest amount of sponsors to date, a live orchestra, children's activities, free swimming and a business-expo with tons of free goodies... what could be better? Perhaps watch..

Four years of first day of school outfits, football games, homecoming rallies, getting your license, cramming for AP Exams and going to the prom. By the time you have reached graduation and reminiscence about all these memories that were made, you realize that everything leading up to this moment has helped shape you towards your new road of independence. Independence is given to those who have earned it, who have proven to be mature and wise. Maturity is formed through learned experiences usually gained throug..
It's hard to believe that we are now in the middle of March.
