The Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1981 when a group of Vestavia Hills City officials, merchants, business and professional people and interested citizens were called to a meeting on June 9, 1981 by City Council Member Sara Wuska for the purpose of discussing the formation of a chamber of commerce. This meeting culminated in a chamber being formed officially on October 12, 1981 with 96 charter members.
30 years later, the Chamber is over 1,200 members and still growing! A dedicated board and chamber staff are committed to our businesses to help them be successful which in turn will come back to the community in city services including police, fire, parks and recreation, library, public works and most importantly, the education system which is the pride of our city.
Join us and be a part of what we do…whether you are a business owner, an employee, an individual or have already retired, we would love to have you be a part of the Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce.
